The Homeless to Work (H2W) program is a Salvation Army initiative that helps individuals experiencing homelessness transition into stable employment and self-sufficiency. Participants engage in structured work assignments, such as community cleanups, while also receiving supportive services like:

Job training & placement – Resume building, mock interviews, and employment connections
Life skills education – Financial literacy, budgeting, and workplace readiness
Medical & mental health support – Access to healthcare, addiction treatment, and counseling
Housing assistance – Support in finding stable housing solutions
The program has a 77% success rate, with participants securing long-term jobs, accessing healthcare, and overcoming personal barriers to stability.

How Donations Work
