Community Foundation of Northern Nevada – Donate in Support of Those Impacted by the Hawk Fire

The Hawk Fire in Reno, Nevada, put more than 90,000 residents under evacuation orders and burned over 15,000 acres, affecting many people across our community, including members, patients, colleagues, and their families. Kaiser Permanente and Renown Health employees and physicians can help provide urgent relief and support.  

We have identified several trusted, non-profit organizations that are responding to the situation, including the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada. The organization has established the 2026 Northern Nevada Wildfire Relief Fund to provide rapid-response grants to local organizations that are helping wildfire-impacted residents, families, animals, first responders, and communities recover from the disaster.
